Driving Directions

From North I-25:
Take the Prospect Road Exit (2nd Exit of 4) East. The next intersection past Timberline is Riverside Drive, go South (Left) there. Continue on Riverside Dr. past the EPIC building, you will see the Arbors At Sweetgrass entrance (Sign). Follow the speed bumps to the leasing office, it will have the pool and usually a golf cart in front.

From Old Town:
Take College/Hwy 287 South to Prospect Road. Go East on Prospect (Left). Continue on Prospect about 2 miles. Go Right on Riverside Dr. (intersection light after Lemay), continue South on Riverside past the EPIC building into The Arbors at Sweetgrass entrance (sign) follow the speed bumps to the leasing office on the right side, near the pool.
